- Shady Abbas received his BSc (Hon) in Ecology from the University of Guelph and a post graduate Application Specialist GIS certification at Sir Sandford Fleming College and is a Geomatics Specialist for the Centralized Support Services Division.
- Zeeshan Abedin received her BA (Hon) in Anthropology and Psychology from McMaster University and MA in Museum Studies from the University of Leicester, UK and is a Staff Archaeologist for the Planning Applications and Special Projects Division.
- Shawn Bayes received his BA (Hon) in Anthropology from University of Toronto and is a Staff Archaeologist for the Environmental Assessments Division.
- Kiara Beaulieu received her BA (Hon) in Archaeology from Wilfrid Laurier University and her MA from Brock University. She also received an advanced degree in Museum Management and Curatorship with an emphasis on Collections Management from Fleming College. She is a Staff Archaeologist for the Planning Applications and Special Projects Division.
- Carol Bella received her BA (Hon) in Anthropology from The University of Toronto and is a Research Archaeologist and the Project Administrator for the Planning Applications, Special Projects and Environmental Assessments Divisions. She also serves as Executive Assistant to Dr. Williamson.
- Miranda Brunton received her BA (Hon) in Anthropology from McMaster University and her MA in Anthropology from Trent University and is a Staff Archaeologist for the Planning Applications and Special Projects Division.
- Andrea Carnevale received her BSc (Hon) from the University of Toronto in Environmental Science and Archaeology and is a Staff Archaeologist and Co-ordinator of Scientific Applications for the Planning Applications and Special Projects Division.
- Sara Cherubin received her BSc (Hon) in Archaeological Science and Biological Anthropology from University of Toronto, a MSc in Human Osteology and Funerary Archaeology from The University of Sheffield and is a Senior Archaeologist for the Environmental Assessments Division.
- Andrew Clish received his BES in Geography from the University of Waterloo and is a Senior Archaeologist for the Environmental Assessments; Planning Applications and Special Projects Division.
- Caitlin Coleman received her BA (Hon) in Anthropology and History from McGill University and her MA in Museum Studies from the University of Toronto and is Assistant Manager for Laboratory Services, Centralized Support Services Division.

- Jonas Fernandez received his BA (Hon) in Archaeology from Wilfrid Laurier University and an MSc in Archaeological Computing - Spatial Technologies from the University of Southampton and is a Geomatics Specialist for the Centralized Support Services Division.
- Mary Fernando received her FCA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and is the Assistant Manager/ Book-Keeper for the Centralized Support Services Division.
- Mary-Cate Garden received her BA in Anthropology from the University of Toronto, an MA from the College of William and Mary in Anthropology (Historical Archaeology) and an MPhil in Archaeological Heritage and Museums and a PhD (Heritage Studies) from the Department of Archaeology, University of Cambridge. She is a Cultural Heritage Specialist for the Built Heritage and Cultural Heritage Landscape Planning Division.
- Beverly Garner received her BA in Anthropology from McMaster University and is the Assistant Manager of the Planning Applications Division.
- Jamie Houston-Dickson received her BA (Hon) and MA in Anthropology with an emphasis in Archaeology from Trent University. She is a Staff Archaeologist for the Environmental Assessments Division.
- Katie Hull received her MA in Anthropology from the University of Missouri-Columbia and PhD from the University of Toronto and is a Senior Archaeologist and Assistant Manager of Historical Archaeology.
- Sarah Jagelewski received her BA (Hon) in Prehistoric Archaeology and Near and Middle Eastern Civilizations from the University of Toronto and is a Staff Archaeologist for the Environmental Assessments Division.

- Nina Mittendorf received her BA (Hon) in Ancient History and Archaeology from Trinity College Dublin with a minor in Spanish and Latin American Studies, and received her MSc with Merit in Forensic Archaeology: Crime Scene and International Investigations from Bournemouth University. - Brian Narhi received his BA in Classics, History and Language from Brock University and MA in Classics, History and Comparative Literature from the University of Toronto and is the Project Historian for the Built Heritage and Cultural Heritage Landscape Planning Division.

- Lindsay Popert received her BA in Archaeology and Anthropology from Wilfrid Laurier University, a Post-Diploma Certificate in Museum Management and Curatorship from Sir Sandford Fleming College, an MA in Conservation Studies (of Historic Buildings) from the University of York, UK and is a Cultural Heritage Specialist for the Built Heritage and Cultural Heritage Landscape Planning Division.

- Jennifer Rose received her BA (Hon) in Classics with Minors in both Archaeology & Anthropology from McMaster University and is a Staff Archaeologist for the Planning Applications Division.
- Heidy Schopf received her BA (Hon) in Anthropology from McGill University and MES in Environmental Planning from York University. She is a Cultural Heritage Specialist for the Built Heritage and Cultural Heritage Landscape Planning Division.
- John Sleath received his BA (Hon) in History and Archaeology from University of Toronto and MA in Anthropology from University of Toronto and is a Staff Archaeologist for the Environmental Assessments and Planning Applications Divisions.
- Wendy Solis received her BA (Hon) in Anthropology from the University of Toronto and MA in Anthropology from Trent University and is a Research Archaeologist for the, Planning Applications and Special Projects Division.
- Doug Todd has acquired years of experience in assessment and excavation. He is a former award-winning journalist and is a Research Archaeologist for the Environmental Assessments, Planning Applications and Special Projects Division.
- Claire van Nierop received her BA (Hon) in Anthropology from the University of Waterloo and MA in Palaeoecology (Archaeology) from Leiden University in the Netherlands. She is the Media and Communications Coordinator for the Centralized Support Services Division.
- Annie Veilleux received her BA (Hon) in Archaeology from the University of Toronto, a Diploma in Collections Conservation and Management from Sir Sandford Fleming College, and an MA in Interdisciplinary Studies from York University. She is a Staff Archaeologist and Cultural Heritage Specialist for the Built Heritage and Cultural Heritage Landscape Planning Division.
- Anatolijs Venovcevs received his BA (Hon) in Prehistoric Archaeology from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a Staff Archaeologist for the Planning Applications and Special Projects Division.
- Thanos Webb received his BA in Anthropology from Southern Methodist University, a BA in Classics from University of California, Irvine, and his MA in Anthropology (Nautical Archaeology) from Texas A&M University. He is currently finishing his PhD in Archaeology (Zooarchaeology) from University of California, Los Angeles. He is a Staff Archaeologist for the Environmental Assessments Division.
- Bruce Welsh received his BA in Anthropology and Classics from the University of Toronto and MA and PhD from the Institute of Archaeology, University of London and is a Senior Archaeologist for the Planning Applications and Special Projects Division.
- Blake Williams received his BA in Anthropology from Trent University, MLitt from the University of Glasgow and is a Staff Archaeologist and Geomatics Specialist for the Centralized Support Services Division.
- Robert Wojtowicz received his BSc in Anthropology from Lakehead University and is a Staff Archaeologist for the Planning Applications Divisions.
ASI Associates
- Peter Carruthers received his BA in Geography from the University of Western Ontario and an MA in Archaeology from the University of Calgary. He served in the Ministry of Culture for 27 years before joining ASI as a Senior Archaeologist for the Environmental Assessments, Planning Applications and Special Projects Divisions.
- Stephen Monckton received his PhD in Anthropology from the University of Toronto and carries out all Paleoethnobotanical research for the Planning Applications and Special Projects Division.
- Suzanne Needs-Howarth, of Perca Zooarchaeological Research, holds an MSc in Anthropology from the University of Toronto and a PhD from the Biologisch Archaeologisch Instituut at the University of Groningen, the Netherlands. She analyzes pre-contact and Euro-Canadian period zooarchaeological remains for Planning Applications and Special Projects Division.
- Andrew M. Stewart, principle of Strata Consulting, is a licensed professional archaeologist for the Province of Ontario. He holds a Ph.D. in anthropology (archaeology) from the University of California, Santa Barbara and an M.Sc. in physical geography (geomorphology) from the University of Toronto. His research and cultural resource management experience includes southern Ontario and the Canadian Arctic. His geoarchaeological experience has focused on the early and mid-Holocene period of the Great Lakes.
- Ruth Ward of ITworx has more than 15 years experience in IT management, support and administration for hardware and software, servers and workstations, networking and the internet. She is the Information Technologist for the Centralized Support Services Division.
